The Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits provides a core knowledge of the wide range of wines and spirits around the world to equip those in a supervisory capacity with the authority and confidence to make informed decisions in a wide variety of trade situations.

Our next course commences in February 2023. We are running a 6 week course every Monday from 10.30am till 5pm at a central Dublin venue. 

The course dates are:  27th February, 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th March, 3rd April 2023.
