Ornabrak Single Malt Gin

Ornabrak Single Malt Gin is one of a small number of gins internationally which distils its own base spirit, and from local ingredients. Our farm to bottle approach is a tribute to Ireland’s terroir and distillation heritage.

"Our story begins with the fertile soils and mild, oceanic climate of Southern Ireland, recognised as one of the best places in the world to grow malting barley. Once malted, our barley is milled, mashed, fermented and four times copper pot distilled in West Cork. The end result is a wonderfully smooth and complex spirit base to distil our gin."

The term ‘Single Malt’ refers to a spirit distilled in a single distillery using a pot still distillation process and made from a mash of malted barley.
