Owned by the Henriot family since 1995, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of France’s oldest wine estates with a history that spans nearly three centuries. It is also one of the largest landowners in Burgundy, with vineyard holdings totalling approximately 130 hectares. This is their 2020 Montrachet Grand Cru, where Bouchard acquired a 0.88-hectare parcel in 1838. The Montrachet appellation dates back to the 13th century and is considered the ‘king of kings’.

Full, spacious and multi-dimensional, it is richly layered, with a textural start that flows into a roomy, meaty mid-palate and a long, salty finish.
