About This Wine...
Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah blended to make this subtle, fruity Rosé from Provence. With hints of strawberry and cream on the nose, and a soft creamy mouth-feel, this wine can be enjoyed on its own as an apéritif, or with a meal such as summer salads and light fish dishes. An elegant fragrant bouquet, with a lively fruity character, smooth and well balanced with a refreshing long finish. The Magnolia Rose is the flagship wine from the Chateau Sainte-Croix estate in Carces, in the heart of Provence. The Château Sainte Croix, a fortified farmhouse from the 12th century, is situated in the heart of the Côtes de Provence Appellation. It has been in the same family ownership for nearly one century. The passion of Jacques, Florence and Stéphane in making beautiful wines is expressed in every product of the Château Sainte Croix. The property of 50 hectares of vineyard is situated on limestone and clay terroirs, using agricultural methods environmently friendly (sustainable viticulure). They do a green harvest for all the vineyards and leaf removal only on red wines and all their harvesting is done at night to have cool grapes. The main varieties for the rosé wines are Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
